A fluid, well-balanced practice for dedicated students of yoga. Opens with core work on the back, followed by Sun Salutations, standing & balancing postures, forward bends and hip openers, backbends and inversions. Plenty of opportunities to explore arm balances and new ways of entering handstands for those comfortable. Recommended only for students who have completed the Ashtanga Primary Series and are comfortable with second series backbends, or equivalent intensity of practice. Enjoy!
