Today again I have come up with two songs with the same tune, one in hindi and the other in bangla. Both are original songs. Since I am singing two songs in a single upload, I am uploading alternate weeks or vice-versa. Bengali song was first created by RD Burman and Asha ji as a basic disk song of RD Burman. Hindi song was created later and sung by Kishore Kumar and Asha ji. It is mostly a shor-wala tune and a bit difficult to sing 5 stanzas at a stretch. And it exposed that my voice has still not acquired that much strength to sing such song in a single take. There are some weak points but I recorded it in a hurry and did not get that much time and enthu to make it my best. Hope you will enjoy. Bangla song lyrics translation I have given here.

Song: Jaane Jaan Dhoondta (Jani na kothay Tumi Hariye gecho)
Music: RD Burman
Bangla original: RD and Asha ji
Hindi Original: Kishore Kumar Asha ji

Lyrics translation:

Jani na, kothay Tumi Hariye gecho [I dont know, where are you lost]
Ar pabo kina [whether I shall get you back]
Ami tai, Khunji tomay, [Thats why I, look for you]
Kothay? ekhane, Kothay? Ekhane [Where are you, Here I am]

Bare bare ami, jelechi ashar baati [Again and again I, put on light of hope]
Fire geche kato je chand, kende sara rati [So many times moon has returned back crying whole night]
Ami tai, Khunji tomay, [Thats why I, look for you]
Kothay? ekhane, Kothay? Ekhane [Where are you, Here I am]

Female: Ei toh ami abar, esechi tomar kache [Here I am again, has come back to you]
Tomar i sur, tomar i gaan amay gheere ache [Only your tune, only your song, are around me]
Ami tai, Khunji tomay, [Thats why I, look for you]
Kothay? ekhane, Kothay? Ekhane [Where are you, Here I am]
