The police officer is giving a speeding ticket to the man. The man was driving 60 miles per hour where the speed limit is 45 miles per hour. The man did not see the police officer when driving because the police office was hiding behind trees. The man is very disappointed because he has already had another speeding ticket last week. He needs to go to a courtroom to pay a fine or his driver's license will be suspended.　He is unemployed now and cannot afford to pay it.
