A lot of places you learn that red meat should be prevented by all means. I don't wholly agree with that because the red meat will give you lots of benefits when you're working out to build strength and lean muscle. Red meat is a great source of protein. It offers you a great variety of minerals and vitamins. Finally, it comes with cholesterol, that in high doses is not great for you. But remember, there is certainly good and bad cholesterol, you need to one that is great because it's an important ingredient in testosterone.
