Prayer is foundational to the life of the Christian but how many of us struggle with having a vibrant consistent prayer life that engages with the heart of the Father. In this second message of the series Prayer., Pastor Chris teaches through Matthew 6:5-13 to help discover how we should pursue intimacy with the Father. Using what is commonly referred to as "The Lord's Prayer" as a backdrop, the first part of this message focuses on the three priorities found in this model for prayer: God's Name, God's Kingdom, and God's Will. The second part of the message focuses on the three provisions of God that we should seek in prayer: Provision of food, provision of forgiveness, and provision of guidance. As you listen, may you discover how to implement this model of prayer in your life in order to experience greater intimacy with the Father. This sermon was preached on Sunday, April 26, 2015 as part of Oasis Fellowship's regular Sunday morning Celebration.
