Reverend Dr. Anthony Kwadwo Boakye is the general overseer and the senior pastor of the Resurrection Power New Generation Church (RPNGC) and all of its branches in Ghana. The RPNGC is a Pentecostal-Charismatic ministry with its headquarters located in Accra- Ghana. In the year 1989, on the evening of February 24, Rev. Boakye was called as God’s servant into His ministry with a mandate from God. With this calling he started teaching various biblical topics and continuous with that and monthly crusades in Accra and other parts of Ghana. His weekly radio and television teaching programs known as Resurrection Hour has quickly became popular in Ghana especially through Crystal TV, TV Africa and Nhyira TV on MultiTV as well as TopRadio 103.1.<br />

Rev. Anthony K. Boakye born to Presbyterian parents on April 24, is married to Rev. Mrs Margret .Y Boakye and the good God has blessed them with Six (6) children. As the eleventh born of his mother, Rev. Boakye could only school to Middle School Form Four.<br />
