It is reasonable to declare that the greater percentage of people understand how to use computers today. They're able to perform basic word processing and upkeep tasks. But it is not abnormal for these same people to have no understanding of the workings of a motherboard or a Bios chip. It is likely that they'll require the support of a trained IT professional in the event of a system breakdown. Even if the system breakdown is not quite so extensive and is restricted to just one or more of the coming issues, it's a safe bet that many experienced computer users will still require outside help.
