(1) How did this duet come about? It was a very random comment on one of my tamil songs by Piyali-jee recently that the start of that sounded like this duet & me suggesting an attempt of this song as our next duet.

(2) Be it romantic like this one or poignant like "Tere Bina Zindagi se koyi", Kishore-Lata duets are immortal golden collections. Their voices blended so well with each other & had great compatibility.

(3) Courtesy Wikipedia : Julie is a 1975 Hindi film that stars Lakshmi in the title role paired opposite Vikram. The film became a box office hit. Julie was also a musical hit, with award winning music by Rajesh Roshan which won him the Filmfare Award for the year. It is a rare Hindi film in that it features an Anglo-Indian family in the lead. It is a remake of a Malayalam hit film Chattakari (1974), which also starred Laxmi.
