I am 5ft a pair of inches and now 124 lbs. I started off at my macros p30/40c/30f for two months straight nothing changed I was carefully measuring all my foods and ate between 150zero-1700 calories each day. The third month in I had to vary something so I've started calorie cycling, with 120zero calories four days and 1800 calories 3 days of the week however mixed along. with macros of 50p/25c/25f that's not operating either. im all my feet all day my fitbit has me burning between 220zero-240zero calories every day. On prime of the p90x3 program I also run thirty min each other day.>>>>
