This week is a look at some great bands from the Northern hemisphere (no guesses where next week's is from then?). Music featured from Canadian bands - Jon and Roy, and The Rural Alberta Advantage. RAA have relesed an excellent album called "Mended With Gold. Recommended. We also take a brief look at 'Kintsugi' in relation to their album.
Next, we move on to The London Souls, who in time honoured tradition are not from London - but New York. They're a great band with lots of 'proper' rock, soul, psychedelic, and blues licks and riffs. We also feature a live song from their 'Jam In The Van' session which is really cool.
Closing the show is another first - a Lebanese band called The Wanton Bishops. If you like gritty, garage rock and blues then look no further. I Really dig their sound.
Enjoy the show...
