Dr. Straughn has advanced training and experience in African-American skin and expertise in treating all skin hues and hair textures.

She thoroughly understands the sensitivities associated with the treatment of: keloids, melasma, vitiligo, and ingrown hair. She is an active member of the Skin of Color Society.
