Have you ever received customer service that was so bad it virtually bordered on abuse? You understand the kind of treatments some low-paid, disinterested, overworked, and unappreciative company reps mete out to the customer: the eye rolling, the shortness on the phone, the deep sigh of the worker when the customer needs something to be discussed once more and once again, the chip on the shoulder, and the completely disrespectful comment that "that" (whatever "that" is) does not fall within the rep's job description.
