Wake your skin up with water

Just like watering plants to keep its flower fresh, you should water your organs before they need to get slowing skin. When your body lacks water, it causes dryness on skin and lips and damaged tissues. Start your day with 2 glasses of water and finish at least 2.5 liters of water a day!
Trust tomatoes
Tomatoes are a staple in every kitchen but hardly we know its beauty side. Yes, it can cure acnes, pimples, sun burns, rashes and lighten up the dull skin. Take half cup of tomato juice and add 2 spoons of lemon juice to it. Apply this mixture on your face to shrink the big pores, where the dirt and dust stores. Get a clear skin with chocolates

Olive oils for great skin
Salad is one of the healthy breakfasts and is almost prepared in most of our houses. Just sprinkling few drops of olive oil can do wonder! Especially, if you use extra-virgin olive oil, your skin will be healthy as your heart. You can even massage your face with few drops of olive oil, leave it on for 10 minutes and wash it off with water and mild soap. Your skin will shine like a star and look bright as a full moon.
