Health is important to everyone. I don’t have much time to exercise, but I always try to eat healthy food to keep fit. I usually eat fruit, vegetables, chicken and fish. I don’t eat much beef or pork and I seldom eat desserts or fried foods. I always eat an apple a day. I really believe the saying: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. My favorite drink is orange juice, but I often drink water. I try to drink eight glasses of water a day. I never drink cola or beer. I usually eat fish and big salad for dinner. Sometimes I have some soup. I am a very energetic person. I really believe it is because of my healthy eating habits.
