It’s Movie of the Month time again on the Lambcast, and for the month of November we’re looking at a largely forgotten 1945 Agatha Christie adaptation, And Then There Were None, which sees 10 strangers summoned to a secluded island by a mystery host, only to find themselves killed off one by one.
Newcomer Sean Homrig championed the film, and was joined by Jeanette Ward, Lindsay Street and regular host Jay Cluitt to discuss it. The quartet dug into the film’s inherent racism (just look up the original title of the book…), other adaptations including the BBC’s mini-series from 2015, and the fate of the most mysterious character – the cat.
Also on tap: Rants and Raves of the Week, a couple of games of Last Lamb Standing and a heap of plugs from everyone.
