The X-Men franchise continues this week as we take a look at Bryan Singer’s latest mutant melange, X-Men Apocalypse.
Jay Cluitt was joined by Kristen Lopez, Dylan Fields, Nicole Ayers and Justin Polizzi to look at why reviews have not been overly favourable, and spend some time dissecting exactly where things might have gone wrong. Is the villain too over the top? Does the story take too long to get going? Or is it the lack of any decent 80s mall scenes? I think we all know the correct answer there.
Also on tap: Rants and Raves of the Week and a couple of games of Last Lamb Standing.
