One way would be to focus more on giving content than just promoting or selling your product and that is to provide valuable information in order to allow customers to see the value of your services. Jay also points out that entrepreneurs should focus more on customer retention rather than just customer acquisition, because these are people who are more likely to buy your products as oppose to those customers who just knew your company and services for the first time.
