Bjork Ostrom is a co-owner of a few businesses with his wife Lindsay. They started a food blog a few years ago and decided to maximize it’s potential. After 5 years they built Pinch of Yum up to 5 million page views and launched an accompanying membership site that has over 2,000 members. In this interview we talk about a wide range of things that have led to their impressive levels of success in such a short period of time.

Something that really stands out to me during this interview is the level of business competence that Bjork posseses. I find a large number of business owners that are extremely competent within their vertical yet they’re missing a lot of the aspects of business that will scale it and keep it successful.
