Whether you’re grateful for a walk in nature, your good health or the comfort of family and friends – this is the season to give thanks. But it’s also a time of year that can trigger the ‘holiday blues’ – when feelings of stress and anxiety can be overwhelming and can cause even those who are usually content to experience loneliness and a lack of fulfillment.
