Uploading this Rabindra Sangeet that goes with the setup of my mind today. No fresh recording is in hand, so I selected this old recording of 2007, that I did with my 1 dollar chinese headphone-mic combo. Just wanted to share how was my voice almost a decade ago. I never approved this recording, more emotion and less restraint, but I cherish my younger voice so much, hope you'll also appreciate. That ghost of translating in hindi did not climb my head then, so this song was spared. But in a fresh recording, I do not know what I will do.

Lyrics:

Klanti amar kshama kara prabhu
[Please forgive my tiredness, Master,]
Pathe jadi pichiye pori kabhu
[If I fall back in path ever]

Ei je hiya tharo tharo
Kampe aaji eman taro
[My conscience is shaken by this
thought so vehemently]
ei bedona kshama karo Prabhu
[Please forgive me for this pain, Master]
Pathe jadi pichiye pori kabhu
[If I fall back in path ever]

ei deenota kshama karo Probhu
[Please forgive my weakness, Master]
Pichhan pane takai jodi kobhu
[if I ever look back to the past (that I offered a lot)]

diner taape roudra jwalaye
sukay mala pujar thaley
[In the heat of Sun at day time,
[flowers dry up on the dish of worship]
Sei mlanota kshama karo Prabhu
[Please forgive the paleness of the flowers, Master]
Pathe jadi pichiye pori kabhu
[If I fall back in path ever]
