Sometimes, we Unitarian Universalists search outside our own tradition for spiritual practices and wisdom. And that's fine! There is a lot to learn about spiritual practices as diverse as Buddhist meditation, Hindu-inspired yoga or Christian centering prayer. Yet sometimes we overlook the richness within our own spiritual tradition. There is a spiritual fire passed on to us from ancestors like Theodore Parker, Clara Barton, Margaret Fuller & more. When we turn to our own Unitarian Universalist tradition, how does it give spiritual food for the living of our days?
