‘London quartet Lull formed just last year, but you wouldn’t know it to hear them. They’ve already settled into a dense, churning shoegaze sound in which guitars squeal and heave and dreamy vocals glide like butter in a frying pan’.
After the success of their debut self-titled E.P the band are set to drop a new single Cursed/Rusk at the end of November. With previous support from the likes of DIY magazine, NME and Tom Ravenscroft (BBC 6 Music), the bands fuzzed out, guitar heavy, shoegaze sounds are already turning heads.
Even though they are still fresh on the scene, Lull have managed to rack up a impressive list of gigs stretching as far as Portugal. Racking up a number of plays on KEXP, plus an ever-growing following to boot, Lull have definitely cemented themselves as ones to watch for the future.
