  • Meeting Quaker Court 18.11.11
Meeting Quaker Court 18.11.11 This is a recording of a meeting held at the Quaker Court Estate. The meeting attendees include: The Islington Corporate Complaints Manager, the Head of Service for Islington Council, the former tenant of 64 QC, and the Leaseholder of 65 Quaker Court. All meeting attendees agreed to the recording and were provided complete copies of the recording by post. This was a meeting to discuss and resolve the bbq/picnic area. Both Islington representatives state in the recording the fence and bbq/area should never have been set up and secured next to 64 QC. The Council state their commitment to liaise with the TMO to remove or relocate the area, away from close proximity to dwellings. In January 2012, The TMO Team Manager of Islington Council restated the Council's commitment to remove or relocate the bbq/picnic area to a local MP. To date, the area remains intact, after 18 months. The Council now deny their commitment, despite being provided evidence of their own correspondence, the meeting held on 18.11.11, and this recording. I have since reached out to the TMO, requested the area be removed as instructed by Islington Council. The TMO have refused stating no TMO Committee members want this area near their homes due to the noise and problems associated with it. I then reached out to the Islington TMO Team Manager, who instructed the TMO to remove or relocate the area. She deemed me vexatious for her inability to keep her word to an MP. I reached out to the Corporate Complaints Manager, who was in attendance at the meeting on 18.11.11, as evidenced in this recording. He denies any wrong doing and has placed me under the Vexatious Complainant Register for providing correspondence and recorded evidence to the Council stating the AREA would be removed or relocated in November 2011 and January 2012. The Corporate Complaints Manager has stated that I'm not allowed to file a Formal Complaint, even though I have all the evidence in support of my Formal Complaint and was able to expose his unprofessional behaviour in order to cover up the web of lies. In addition to the evidence provided, please review the recording and judge the truth for yourself. The following are time intervals of interest: 08:11 to 08:55, 09:25 to 10:06, 11:23 to 12:23, 12:57 to 14:20, 14:54 to 15:03, 15:52 to 16:27, 27:50 to 32:00, 38:29 to 41:32, 41:45 to 46:21, 47:12 to 56:52, 59:12 to 01:01, 1:09:56 to 01:13:02, 1:18:23 to 01:24:17 *****I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY WITNESS FOR CLAIM 2EC00385 REVIEW THE RECORDING AS IT WILL BE SUBMITTED AS EVIDENCE*****
