YourListen.com is a user generated audio content platform. We host audio and on our site users can upload, listen, search share, download and discuss any audio file for free. These audio files include but are not limited to Music, Commercials, Podcasts, Sound Bites, Live Performances, Sound Effects, DJ Mixes, Audio Books, Voicemails, Prank Calls, Audio Blogs, School Reviews and more. We are everything and anything audio. We strive to make your listening experience on the internet simple, social and central.

Nothing! YourListen.com is a completely free service.

You can use YourListen.com without registering for an account. Without registering for an account though you are limited to only using some of the features we offer on our platform. Without an account you can listen and share the audio files hosted on our platform. If you want to upload, add audio to your own favorites or create your own playlist, comment on audio, download audio, or follow other users you need to sign up for a YourListen.com user account.

You need a YourListen.com user account in order to upload audio files. Once you have registered for an account you can upload audio files by clicking on the upload button and then following the easy steps as described on our upload page.

You can upload an unlimited amount of audio files to your account. We do not have any time limits or storage limits on your account.

On each individual upload you can upload audio files that are up to 350mb which is roughly 6 hours' worth of audio.

YourListen.com can take uploads from 13 different audio extensions. These formats are-.mp3, wav, aiff, wma, aac, ac3, amr, caf, mmf, mp2, m4a, ogg, ra and mid

No. We take every genre of audio ranging from Podcasts, Sound effects, Commercials, Interviews. DJ Mixes, Remixes, Audio Books, Audio Blogs, Live Performances, Voice Mails, Ring Tones, School Reviews and more.

There are several ways users can share audio files with others:

1. By using our social share icons you can share any audio on our site even if it has not been uploaded by you. You can do this with your friends and followers on virtually every social network, blog or social bookmarking site.
2. By embedding our embed code (which is provide on our audio player) on a blog or website.
3. Emailing files by copying and pasting the url link in your navigation bar or copying the link provided on our audio player
4. By emailing an audio file. This can be done by using the email button we provide under the share button on our flash player.

You can do this by using the share features mentioned above. Which include sharing your audio on Facebook , share audio on Twitter , share audio on Pintrest , share your audio on Tumblr, share your audio on Wordpresss, share your audio on Reditt plus hundreds of other social share sites. We also recommend emailing your audio to friends, embedding it on websites or blogs and sharing it on your own Facebook and twitter pages.

Yes you can share any audio file you choose to on your facebook.

Yes. You can embed audio on your blog by using our audio embed code that we provide on our audio player.

You can do this by using our search bar. Our search bar enables you to search by title, description and tag. You can also search by user name. We also offer other various features that enable you to customize your search results.

You can get more followers several ways:

1. Follow as many other users that you have interest in
2. Follow other users who upload and listen to similar audio that you upload and listen
3. Share your audio with other by messaging them your audio or sharing links to your audio with others.
4. Upload more audio. By having more audio uploaded to your account you only reach more users who might end up potentially following your future uploads.
5. Interact with other users by commenting on their audio files

Below each audio player you will see an area where you can comment. You can use our basic commenting system or if you are logged into your Facebook account you can comment using the Facebook comment feature.

The playlist feature enables you to create your own personal customized list of audio files stored in your account. They will all be stored under your profile page where you can listen to all the files in an automated rotation without ever having to click play on each individual file.

Your favorites area is a customizable list of audio files that you add to your profile and are stored in your account so each file can be easily accessed when needed.

Very simply, just log into your account go to your profile section here you can change your password, user name, e-mail and other account information.

Yes. You have an option to make your audio upload private. We also provide you a feature that allows you to share your audio with whatever friends you want to invite to do so.

Yes. You can make the entire page private or you can customize your profile to make only particular features of it private.

No. You need to delete each individual audio file in your account if you want them to be removed. Deleting your account will not remove your audio from being hosted on our platform.

Yes. If you register using our registration form that will create an account with the credentials you used for that registration. If you then register using your facebook account that will create an entirely separate account with different login credentials.
