On the other hand poor nutrition (manifested from malnutrition and over-nutrition) is one of the major causes of suffering in the world. Deficiency of one or more essential nutrients (calcium, zinc, vitamin C, vitamin A, or amino acids) in the body is defined as malnutrition, which lead to increased vulnerability to diseases and reduced ability to work.
