Because Lata sang this song one would feel that it is totally a female oriented song. The words used in the lyrics are not gender biased but there is a hint of feminine touch. Beautiful lyrics and melody that I liked since long and when I was very young I could squeeze my throat and almost sing in a thin voice but not now:). A male singing a female song appears as if the guy is one whole octave below, but actually not. It is the characteristic difference between a male and a female throat. Friends you must have heard a cover I mixed for Kala Vijay recently for this song and while doing so I ended singing it myself too. The k-track available was good but too slow in tempo making the singer take extra pauses. If you see there is nothing very complicated in this song except holding breath for longer duration to finish the segments completely. Thank you Kala Behen for inspiring me to sing but above all your trust in me to mix this yadgar song cover for you. The line Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha holds true for me. I dedicate this cover to You...Hope friends enjoy it too.
