Maybe you have gotten to the point where you'll need a crack so horribly that just a coma would be satisfactory peace and quiet? Then you learn when you have pushed too much. One secret to keeping happy in many circumstances including your task, household, existence, routines that are social, etc. is harmony. You have to know ahead of time that to keep balanced, there is down-time or "me" moment that must be obtained. It will take time to master, in case you are new to this concept. I am not sure time because I'ven't enhanced it myself nonetheless. Nevertheless, here's what I've discovered so far.
